Carly joined the firm as a law clerk in February 2018 and started as an Articling Student in January 2023. Carly holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southampton, a Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Carleton University.
During her time at the firm, she has assisted clients on a variety of transactions, including private placements of equity and debt securities, public offerings, reverse takeovers, going-public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.
Carly serves as an officer and/or a director to several public companies and reporting issuers.
