Sophie’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters for public and private issuers. She assists clients on a variety of transactions, including private placements of equity and debt securities, public offerings, continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters.
Sophie joined the firm as an Articling Student in August 2022 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2023. She completed the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy Dual JD Program in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Sport Management (Honours) from Brock University.
